Physical Products (Beauty Items)

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lourdgilynsterlin@gmail.com or Melaninluuu@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate your request and, if approved, send a replacement.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our e-books, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.

• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive your download link without issue.
